USDT withdrawals are now automatic
Withdrawals of USDT funds to a BEP20 wallet are now sent automatically, with the transaction hash shown when they complete.

Merchants who accept USDT with PAYWISE can now withdraw it to their own BEP20 wallet without waiting for manual processing. When you request a USDT withdrawal, it is checked and sent automatically on BNB Smart Chain.

How it works
- Open Withdrawals in your dashboard and choose Withdraw to BEP20 wallet.
- Enter the amount you want to receive and your BEP20 wallet address.
- PAYWISE checks the address format and your available USDT funds, then sends the payout automatically.
- When it is completed, the withdrawal shows its transaction hash, linked to BscScan, so you can verify the transfer on the blockchain yourself.
As with every withdrawal, the amount you enter is the amount that arrives: the withdrawal fee is added on top. The minimum, maximum and fee are shown on the form before you confirm.
If something goes wrong
If a payout cannot be completed, the withdrawal is marked failed with its reason, and the amount becomes available again, so you can request it once more. Nothing is ever sent twice.
For developers
USDT withdrawals can also be requested with POST /api/v1/withdrawals and followed with the withdrawal.completed, withdrawal.failed and withdrawal.rejected webhooks. See the API documentation and Settlement and withdrawals, explained.
Tip: double-check that your wallet address is a BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) address. Read What are USDT and BEP20? if you are new to stablecoins.
