A new customer cannot touch your products or meet you. Before they pay, they look for small signs that your shop is real and will deliver. Most of these signs are easy to add.

Before the payment
1. Use one business name everywhere. The name on your website, your social media and your payment page should match. A different name at the last step makes customers stop.
2. Show how to reach you. A contact page with a working email, WhatsApp or Telegram, and your opening hours. Answer quickly: a fast first reply is the strongest trust signal there is.
3. Publish your policies. Shipping times, returns and refunds, in plain words. See refunds and customer complaints for what to include.
4. Use HTTPS and your own domain. A secure address on your own domain looks more serious than a free subdomain.
During the payment
5. Brand the payment page. Add your business name and logo so the PAYWISE payment page clearly belongs to your shop. Show the order number and the exact amount.
6. Offer familiar methods. Local customers know QRIS from their banking app; international customers may prefer USDT. See QRIS or USDT.
After the payment
7. Confirm automatically. When your server receives the payment.paid webhook, show a thank-you page and send a confirmation with the order details at once. No customer should have to send you a screenshot to prove they paid. Read how to stop fake transfer receipts.
8. Keep your promises. Ship when you said you would, and tell customers about delays before they ask. Reviews from happy customers do more than any badge.
